01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sekurex.co and its subdomains (the “Site”), operated by SEKUREX LLC (“SEKUREX,” “we,” “us”). The Site is a catalogue and contact channel: no orders are placed and no payment is taken on the Site itself. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

02What we sell

SEKUREX curates premium goods and sells them through its eBay store, Sekurex Core (seller ID sekurexcore). The catalogue currently includes blank NFC hardware (NTAG424 DNA and NTAG215 cards and on-metal tags, and NFC readers), raw ungraded sports cards, and single collectible lots. Stock changes; the eBay listing is the authority on price, availability, condition and shipping.

Sports cards are sold raw and ungraded. Condition descriptions are our own opinion, formed by eye against the photographs, and are not a certification by any grading service or a prediction of the grade one would assign. Our photographs show the exact item you receive.

03Orders and payment — through eBay

Every purchase is completed on eBay under the eBay User Agreement and processed by eBay checkout. SEKUREX never receives or stores your payment details, and the Site has no checkout. Your order, payment, refunds and buyer protection — including the eBay Money Back Guarantee — are governed by eBay’s terms and processes.

04Shipping

Orders ship from our own stock in Woodbridge, New Jersey, with the shipping service, delivery estimate and destinations stated on the eBay listing at checkout. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by the eBay transaction terms that apply to your order.

05Returns

Returns vary by item. The return policy on each eBay listing sets the terms, and returns are opened from your eBay order. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.

06Custom encoding

We write, lock and encrypt NFC tags to your specification: data writing, key configuration, locking and batch serialization. When you send a project through the encoding form or the chat, we use your email address and project details to reply and prepare a quote (see our Privacy Policy). We aim to reply within 24 hours; that is a service target, not a contractual guarantee.

Quotes are sent by email and are not binding until both parties confirm them in writing; no service order exists until then. Payment for encoding work is collected through eBay unless we agree otherwise in writing. If the encoding work we performed is defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it or refund it.

You agree not to send unlawful content, not to request encodings that infringe anyone else’s rights, and not to request work intended to clone, spoof or defeat someone else’s security systems. We may decline any encoding request.

07Selling or consigning with us

You can offer us a piece to consign or to buy outright through our consignment form. We review every submission by hand and aim to reply with a written proposal within one business day. The proposal you accept sets the commission, reserve or purchase price, shipping, insurance and payment terms, and it governs where it differs from these Terms. Nothing is listed or bought until you accept a proposal in writing.

By submitting a piece, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to sell it, and that what you tell us about it is true to the best of your knowledge. We may decline any piece, including anything we cannot verify or describe accurately, counterfeits, pieces without lawful title, recalled goods and items that fail inspection.

08The chat assistant

The chat on the Site is an automated assistant and can make mistakes. The eBay listing is the authority on price, stock, shipping and returns, and nothing the assistant says forms an agreement or changes these Terms. Do not share payment details, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.

09Intellectual property

The SEKUREX and Sekurex Core names and logos, our photography and our writing belong to SEKUREX LLC. Buying an item transfers ownership of that item only, not any rights in our brand, photos or copy. Our Intellectual Property Notice sets out what you are welcome to do and what needs our written permission.

10Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Products are sold as described on their eBay listings, with the eBay Money Back Guarantee behind every order. Beyond that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, SEKUREX disclaims all implied warranties, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SEKUREX LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use of the Site means you accept it.
